We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Course Access Issues: If you are unable to access the digital content due to technical difficulties, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Content Not as Described: If the workshop or tutorial content is significantly different from what was advertised, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate Purchase: In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase, you are eligible for a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: We cannot issue a refund if you decide that you no longer want the course after purchasing it.
  • Partial Course Completion: If you have accessed and completed a significant portion of the course or tutorial, refunds are not available.
